I had an order for paper flower boutonnieres and long stem roses made from music sheets and I'm so happy with how they turned out. Some of the paper was a little brittle and it kept breaking at the creases but I managed!

I used this tutorial I found online: http://www.capitolromance.com/2011/12/21/diy-tutorial-paper-roses-from-books-or-sheet-music/

The long-stemmed roses have 12" floral stakes for their stems and I used floral wire for the lapels. Every rose has a pearl at items center and the stems were wrapped with ribbon. I think the vintage hue of the paper and the accent of the dried wheat turned out awesome and gave them a very rustic feel. hopefully, my customer will send me pictures from her wedding and I can see them in use. That would be so much fun!
